Internet Golf Lessons

Now available at the Rob Noel Golf Academy is Internet Golf Lessons. As you know the internet is a powerful thing and now new technology allows you to receive golf lessons from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a computer, SwingCoachLive software (free down load link below), a Digital video camera with firewire and an internet connection.

By no means does getting a golf lesson on the internet replace a personal one-on-one golf lesson but it does serve a valuable purpose.

Who should get an internet golf lesson?

  1. Students who have recently received a personal golf lesson from one of our instructors at the Golf Academy. It is a great way to follow up.
  2. Anyone who has never had their golf swing analyzed on video by an Authorized Instructor.
  3. Any golfer who cannot visit us personally due to where they live, and would like to receive the valuable information all of our other students receive.

What is the process?

  1. Click Here to download the free SwingCoachLive Student version software. Read instructions on their web site to become familiar with using the software.
  2. Video tape your golf swing from two views: Down the line and face on, make sure the camera height is level with your hands from both views. On the down the line view, position the camera directly in line with your hands. Set your camera on sports mode or use a shutter speed of at least 1000's of a second.
  3. Plug your camera into your computer and capture your golf swings using the SwingCoachLive software.
  4. Click Here to contact us at the Golf Academy to schedule your Internet Golf Lesson.
Our instructors are eager to help you improve your game.  We'll see you on the Internet.
